- FRESH N' CLEAN is a broad spectrum bactericide and fungicide formulated with a quaternary pme oil combination. It was designed for homes, schools, motels and other non-medical settings where cleanliness is of prime importance. This formula is an excellent cleaner, deodorizer and disinfectant for walls, floors and any other hard surfaces.
- FRESH N' CLEAN can also deodorize areas that are difficult to keep fresh smelling such as garbage pails, sink tops and bathroom areas that are prone to odors caused by the growth of microorganisms.
- FRESH N' CLEAN may also be used as a general all purpose cleaner. When diluted at the rate of 2 ounces per gallon, FRESH N' CLEAN exhibits effective disinfectant activity against staphylococcus aureus, salmonella choleraesuis, and escherichia coli. It is also an productive agent against pathogenic fungi, trichophyton mentagrophytes.

- For general cleaning purposes, add 2 ounces per gallon.
- For heavily soiled areas a pre-cleaning step may be required. Prepare a fresh solution for each step.
- To protect against bacterial and fungal activity; dilute 2 ounces per gallon of water.
- To disinfect previously cleaned surfaces, add 2 ounces of FRESH N* CLEAN per gallon of water.
- Apply solution with a mop, cloth or sponge. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes and then let air dry.
- To disinfect toilet bowls; pre-clean the bowl and flush toilet. Add 2 ounces of FRESH N" CLEAN directly in the bowl of water. Swab the bowl and under the rim using a toilet bowl scrubbing brush or toilet mop. Let stand for 10 minutes and then flush.
