DIRECTIONS
OVENS:
- Heat oven to approximately 200 F. then turn off.
- Spray on flow cleaner full strength on all surfaces to be cleaned.
- Allow to set 5-10 minutes or until deposits are softened.
- Thoroughly rinse all surfaces with water and wipe dry.
- Heavily soiled surfaces may require a second application.
- Stubborn areas may require light use of a scouring pad.
GRILLS:
- Warm grill to 150 F. to 175 F.
- Dilute cleaner with equal portions of water and pour small amount on grill.
- Spread over surface and allow to set for 5-10 minutes.
- Then work solution back and forth until soil is loosened.
- Thoroughly rinse surface with water and wipe dry.
DEEP FAT FRYERS:
- Drain oil grease from fryer and rinse with hot water to remover any remaining fat.
- Fill fryer with water to within 3-4 inches from top.
- Add 4-6 ounces of cleaner for each gallon of water in fryer.
- Boil solution for 15-30 minutes.
- Turn fryer off.
- Drain all solution from fryer.
- Thoroughly rinse with water and wipe dry.
